Insurance on buildings, machinery, and common areas is a mandatory requirement to be paid by all co-owners under a group plan policy.    Our current group insurance policy number 01CO-96 is managed by Universal Seguros and represented by ACE Insurance Agency.   For more info, please download the attached document and if you have any concerns, please contact our lobby office for any claims processing.

Important Notice:  The interiors of condo units are not covered under this group policy.  Therefore, it is recommended that all condo owners contact ACE Insurance Agency directly for the completion of an individual policy to protect against all risks, or shop around with any other insurance providers in the local area.
